Shipping policy
HauntBeam ships holiday projector lights to addresses in the United States.
Processing & delivery times
Most orders ship from our fulfillment partners. Delivery time depends on warehouse location:
International / China warehouse: about 7–15 business days to most US addresses.
US warehouse (when in stock): often 3–7 business days.
You’ll get a tracking number by email once the carrier scans your package. Business days means Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Weekends and peak holiday volume can add a few days.
We don’t control weather, carrier delays, or international parcel scans. If tracking hasn’t moved for 10+ days after the first scan, email us and we’ll help.
Halloween 2026 — order-by guidance
Halloween is Saturday, October 31, 2026.
Want it for Halloween night? Order by Sunday, October 11, 2026 if your item ships from an international warehouse (7–15 day window).
US warehouse stock (when available): we recommend ordering by Friday, October 24, 2026.
Orders placed after those dates may still arrive in time — we can’t guarantee it.
These dates are planning guides, not guarantees. Carrier delays happen in October.
Shipping rates
Shipping cost (if any) is calculated at checkout based on your address and the active warehouse.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We can’t redirect packages already in transit.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. If the box arrives damaged or the projector is DOA, photo or video documentation helps us resolve it faster.
